I'm drinking Green Fairy Absinthe tonight. Very relaxing preparation required with the sugar cube over the glass and the ice water dripping onto it. While the prep, time, tools and steps required to get a glass ready makes me think its similar to shaving in a way...I wouldn't recommend getting the straight razor out after 2 or 3.lol
