For the past 4-5 years I grew a nice beard for the 1st time. My Weber DE razor was feeling unemployed so I took it off before my wife returned from visiting her parents to see if she noticed! She liked it!
Fast forward to August 5th I found two NEW Old Stock Schick Injectors in my stash and loaded one up with a unused vintage cartridge. Wonder-full experience ! Followed by some research on SE variants I actually have many I have not tried in my stash but the injector was easy with NOS blades on hand. After this experinec I sprang for a modern LEAF Thorn arriving Friday because it would allow me to use up 5000+ blades I own in the next 55 years. Feather has been my favorite followed by Persona Meds, Rapria and of course Astra Greens. I also have about 500 Tain Li I bought for $10 6 years ago but never liked them in my 55 Fat Boy, Lord T6 or Stainless Weber. What should I expect with them in the Leaf Thorn arriving Friday?
Discovered the SE format the day before I turned 55 and I like it I will probably use it until 110 and switch back if all goes well.
