Had a fantastic time. I can't help but wonder if automatic watches will sustain damage while golfing. Does any body know this?

I've taken plenty of NH35 homage watches for a good wack without probs. Even took the Deville a couple of times (won't be doing that again). I'm just curious what it could do in long term?
