How well do those Hamilton's run? I like a Flieger watch and have a version made by Archimede but it runs an ETA 2824-2 movement IIRC. Not terribly accurate but reliable.
Time to take a hike.

One more day with this classic and then recovering the Speedmaster Professional from bank safe deposit
"Recovering from bank safe deposit"? Where do you live?? I mean, I keep my watches in my safe along with other things but if I had to go to a bank's safe deposit box to get a watch, I think I'd stick with a G-Shock. FWIW, I own both those watches and a few others along those lines.
