Vulfix.sandalwood?

I got some Vulfix Sandalwood cream included in for free with a brush purchased direct from Simpson. I almost PIFed this away without trying it. It looks...well....odd. It has the look and consistency of runny melting peanut butter. The scent is also odd. Odd mainly because I detect no sandalwood in it. It smells like spices that would go into a pumpkin pie or a batch of cookies.

I decided to give it a go tonight. I'm mainly a soap guy but this cream actually performed quite well. Provided good glide and protection shaving with my cobra classic razor. I finished the shave with a bay rum splash, seemed to compliment the smell well. This would be a good cream for someone to try who's a fan of spicy smells, if you're looking for sandalwood look elsewhere.

I have a tub of Vulfix Persion Musk and the first time I used it, I had the same thoughts about the look and consistency. I love the way it performs though.

Lemme just tell you...15 minutes ago I had my shave and used Vulfix Sandalwood (a sample from WCS). I don't know what other scents/essential oils they use, but that stuff has to be the best smelling cream...EVER. It has a slight sandalwood smell, but I'm detecting a hint of either pumpkin pie or butterscotch. If it wouldn't kill me, I'd spread it on cake or cookies as an icing. LOLOL. Definitely a future purchase; Fall/Winter use only (IMO).

^ this is the third time I've read this same post tonight :) (it's in two other threads as well). I think Tophercarlton really digs this cream!

That would be a correct statement, Sir Driftwood. In fact, FedEx delivered a jar/tub of it about an hour ago...Guess what I'll be lathering-up with tonight???? That's right, Cella....LOLOL. Never tried it, and it was part of my hefty order for WCS. I'm keeping that place in business...I think I need a second job to pay for this lifestyle...LOLOL.
