using an electric mug warmer

hi i am thinking about using an electric mug warmer to warm my mug................... anyway .... to warm my lather. anyonw had any experience with this alreadY?

My experience has been that creams deteriorate if the water is much warmer than the hottest water that comes outta my tap.

On the other hand, soaps seem to do ok.

Superlathers - not so much.
