Hello Gents,
Today I used my 1924 Shovel Head for the first time and it was not what I expected. I did get a good, smooth ,clean shave ,but I thought my face was going to look like a blood bath. On the contrary, I did get some some nicks and some blood ,but that was from not being lubricated well. It reminds me shaving with my 39C with a fresh blade in it. When I was shaving with the 1924, I was getting a distinctive sound. It sounded like something being being crushed or crunched. Maybe they should re-nicknamed pestle and mortar
