I got this unusual handle off the Bay. I bought a Frankenset. Wrong Star case for head (probably Barbasol). No clue about origin of the handle. Nothing matched. Handmade? German? Other?

No, just one end...the smaller one of course. It's solid brass except for the threaded opening.

I'd take a stab and assume it's custom/hand made. Non-plated brass in that unique of a shape never seen before all adds up that leap of logic to me...
OIC, I couldnt tell it was symmetrical, I must've been on my ipad when I first saw it... We really, really need a facepalm smiley mods, lol.
