Two shaves in and so far so good. i've been wet shaving for a while with DEs and lately with SEs including a Rolls which is pretty much a straight on a stick. The Rolls got me thinking I should try a real straight rather than keep trying to figure out how to hone and maintain the Rolls.
I had the styptic handy for the first shave but no nicks or weepers at all. I managed three passes but couldn't find the right grip/approach to do much of my face ATG on the first shave. And I'm keeping an injector at hand for under my nose and my chin while I learn to control the blade a bit better. I definitely need more practice to be quick enough to make this practical on a work day, but I'm encouraged that I haven't sliced anything except whiskers off so far
