Traveling to Connecticut

Hey guys nothing really shave related but would like to know from anyone who lives in or has been to Connecticut any places I should visit. I am going to be in the New Haven area but would take suggestions for any area of CT. Ideas can be off the beaten path, museums, natural areas..etc. You know if you had a couple days in CT what would you definitly want to see or do. Any and all suggestions are helpful. (Don't even bother going, is an option that is unavoidable,)

No trip out that way would be complete without a visit, it's a bit of a museum in and of itself. Stop in and say hi to Ray

You saying that Ray guy should be in a museum?

keebank, what dates are you planning to be out this way? Summer time is always full of goings ons.....

Yeah I believe thats what he was sayin... and he would be right

Was At Gent's Best today in fact.... get this.... wife made me go... she is addicted to the signature line.... and I ran out.... it was either drive to Conn or overnight a package.... or sleep in the shed....WAS A NO BRAINER

Definitely get some New Haven style pizza. I'm not going to get into the tiresome argument about what's the best place to go. Frank Pepe, Modern Apizza, etc.

Pepe's and the Peabody Museum at Yale in New Haven.

Then head east for Mystic, sub museum in Groton, and the casinos.

I plan to head to Southington when I get up there in a couple of weeks, too.

We're going to surf RI and NH, and climb Mt. Washington, too!

Last weekend in July.

The Italian Festival is right here in Southington 8/23 thru 8/25...Tons of great food booths...and it's right outside my door...
