TOBS Sandalwood and pickle juice

I want to start this thread out by saying that TOBS Sandalwood is my favorite AS. I even use the matching cologne and think it is the best scent I have found to date. That being said, when I use the AS I smell a sour note that smells to me like dill pickle juice until the AS dries, then it smells as good as I expect it to. Anyone else experience this?

I like and use it myself. Cant say ive noticed a pickle smell though.

Is it just in the aftershave, or the shaving cream as well?

Just the aftershave. Like I said, I love the stuff. I just think its weird that it has that smell till it dries.
