What's new

The heaviest old razor?

I vote for the Stahly Live Blade, which was produced after WW2 and into the 1960s. I don't know how much it weighs, but I put mine on the floor scales and it moved. It's the one in the top middle; compare it to the Super Speed and Schick and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Got to be the Stahly. Shaving with that thing is like doing a hammer toss. Much heavier than my Big Boy, Big Fellow, Toggle, Fat Boy and Barbasol - maybe as much as all of them combined...

I did not list the Stahly as I consider it in a class of it's own, more like a hybrid between a DE and a wind-up electric.
