I am venturing into making hybrid (epoxy and wood; wood is not stablized) brushes. I need advice as to what the best surface finish would be. I have been thinking long and my current plan is to use CA (used that already for a lot of brushes successfully). Frankly I am not in favour for using any type of oil, because I do not believe oil finishes are long lasting .
