Ok so out of my own personal interest. You have a budget of £120 (capped) to buy a straight new/vintage and a strop........

If I were you I would get this moved to the straight razor section where you'll get a lot more help!
For a budget of £120 you could possibly look at a new Dovo and strop....take a look here,http://www.theinvisibleedge.co.uk/ cant recommended Steve enough, great to deal with and very helpful, plus he's in the UK.
Maybe the Dovo strop for £33 and a straight for what you have left, or the more expensive larger strop and lower priced razor, just one thing though I would say- stay away from the stainless steel razors.
