First shave with strop shoppe soaps. Wow they are great smell great but don't last, other than that they lather well. Nice thick rich slick lather. I face lather and this stuff exploded on my face great protection. It did dry out a little on the 2nd pass but just a little more water and it's a beautiful thing.

Tried the coconut lime today, very nice. Also got barber shop.

I won a brush and strop shoppe soap from Larry at whippeddog.com the other day. I cant waif for it to be delivered.
I like these soaps a lot. I picked up two more pucks after all, the bay Rum and Lime. My first order was for Baker St., Black Tie, and Lemon Eucalyptus. So far I've only tried the LE and Black Tie twice each. So far the soap creates a stable lather that is slick and cushioned on the face. I haven't had a chance to try it with a straight since that is my true indicator of slickness, it's not as slick or as moisturizing as a tallow soap, but performance is quite good for a vegetable based soap. I love all three fragrances, but the LE stands out strong, the other two are more subtle and not as strong. I would assume that is because the LE is made with essential oils and the other two are from frags. (copied from my post in their thread)
I would describe the Baker St. as the perfect Barber Shop scent and the Black Tie is manly and musky. The Lemon Eucalyptus soap smells a lot like Proraso or CO Bigelow cream, but without the menthol, I think this one is my favorite for now.

I'm interested to try some of the EO soaps, but find it curious that the ingredients for these soaps includes "fragrance" but no mention of EO. Is the EO the fragrance?

That is a side effect of me cutting a corner and trying to homogenize the content list as much as possible. All of the soaps listed under the EO section of the shop are 100% EO scents. I can put some time into clarifying the descriptions this afternoon.

I'm curious to know if you ordered from stropshoppe.com and if so how long it took for your order to arrive. I ordered some soap about 5 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived yet, plus I've contacted them via email and their website and I am not getting any reply.
