Stephan Lilac from a Vegatal user. WOW!

I still keep my clubman and Thayers. I tried the Stephan Lilac. A classic barber shop scent. The Lilac Vegetal eventually made me ill after 62 years. I recommend this one. Am going try Boosters from Canada.
Heck for 10 bucks not bad for a big jug!

I have often wondered about Steohan Lilac. I considered getting it but got the Master and Gabel's Lilacs instead. The Master is excellent, the Gabel's just so-so. I still love The Veg, though! So Jimmy, how would you describe the scent of Stephan Lilac?

The Stephan is not as harsh as the Vegetal. And a subtle lilac. Very barbershop IMO. Am 62 so this a classic lilac after shave.
I thought of the Masters. The vegetal is very harsh. The Stephan a nice, clean lilac. Nice day

I didn't like Stephen, and did find it too harsh and "synthetic", and much prefer Master.

I think Masters Lilac Vegetol is the best of the lot. I find it to have a gentler scent than Pinaud, more floral, lightly sweet and much less acrid than Pinaud. Despite my preference to Master, both were rejected by the better half and have long since vanished from the collection.

Speaking of lilac aftershaves, I have been searching high and low for a 14 oz. bottle of Lustray Lilac, however it seems the only one available for some time has been the gallon size. I finally found someone on "da bay" who has the 14 ouncers! Looking forward to receiving it soon.
