I have.
Star Kampfe bros 1880 to 1920 SE razors,
Star Safety Razor Corp , became a ASR (American safety razor) subsidiary 1919-----1920 ASR Everready ,
Star Division - American safety razor Corp 1940,
Star, a company from Italy that made Gillette type razors,
finally, Star ... Mark G. m..b Hamburg Chihuahuas Germany 1932

Here are my DE Star razors. The middle one was modified with a Molybdenum coating.
The nickel one is more rare in the U.S. but is plentiful in the U.K. under the Personna brand.
Excellent Tech style razors and in my opinion better than the Gillette Techs.

Thanks guys it looks low end, blue plastic box, aluminum not brass or gold. If I go back I might offer 5 bucks. Is it worth it ?

Also I don't think this razor was ever used
Yes. Especially in real good condition.
It shaves about like a Tech, a nice one is well worth it.
