That about sums it up...along with the fact that its a nice looking little razor too!

Its been a few months since I took out my Star again. I've been using more aggressive razors like the R 41, Gillette Old Type and Muhle Rocca. It took until my third shave to really get back into the feel and effective angle of this delightful little razor. But today reminded me of why I like it so much. And I think I'll be using it for the next several shaves.

Reunited the Star 100 with my vintage Star synthetic brush for a great shave! Not sure exactly when this brush was made but it performs surprisingly well given the bad rap that early attempts at synthetic knots generally get.
