I am looking for a recommendation on an inexpensive inkwell holder that will fit most 13mm handles. I see Yaqi sells them for about $15-$20 so that's sort of my barometer and will maybe just go that route if nothing else makes sense.
RazoRock sells both a dome top and flat top variable width inkwell stand... they work for the Merkur Progress knot as well as other larger diameter handles... I have two of the dome top stands. They are quite nice, esp. for the price.![]()

The Timeless bronze stand’s a bit more expensive, but they fit the 14mm handles. I use one with my brass Rocnel Elite. It’s a close fit but the handle doesn’t scrape the sides. The bronze is a decent match for the brass.Depends on the diameter. The Razorock multi-diameter holders are quite high, I have some myself and they work, they just don't look all that good. I have some Yaqis, they look a bit better, but they are only lower diameter. Alpha Shaving has a nice bullet stand that fits not only their handles.
Lower diameter are usually easier to get, finding a 14-15 mm diameter stainless steel holder is a PITA. But finding a brass stand is even worse.
Probably a stupid question, but -
How do you know what the diameter of your handles are?
Most of my razors don't list that and I'm thinking a tape measure won't be accurate.

There are better ones, but those should be plenty good enough. The "digital" models mean you won't have to learn to read a vernier scale, something which is becoming a lost art.
