Post - Thayer's + American Crew revitalizing toner + Fine Italian Cirtus AS

First time using American Crew revitalizing toner and first time using Fine Italian Citrus. Both were fantastic!
The soap was out of this world. I used an almond-size (maybe slightly larger) piece of out my sample and pressed into my loading bowl. I ended up with lather for about 6 passes. It was the creamiest lather I've ever made and seen! It was an absolutely amazing shave that blew away the Mondays.

Razor: Gillette 'Paperclip' Rocket / Astra SP (3)
Witch Hazel + Tea Tree Oil
Balm: Nivea Sensitive
AS: Brut Original

First shave with the recently acquired 'Paperclip'. I bought this one on that auction site thinking it was a standard Rocket and was initially a little disappointed to see the aluminium handle and baseplate. I needn't have been. With the Palmolive stick grated into a suitable container and some Glycerin added whilst lathering up, it was such a smooth shave that the first few strokes had me checking to make sure I had actually loaded a blade into the razor.
An effortless very close shave; I really like this razor.

Lathered the Stirling Bakerstreet soap with my Simpsons "Duke" 3 Best Badger
Great smooth BBS shaved no irritation or blood letting
Finished with an alum block and Give aftershave balm (Sensitive Skin)
