Greetings,
In the last few weeks i've been totally amazed by the Ever-Ready vintage SE razors, today yet again, the 1914 worked together wonderfully with a fresh Gem PTFE blade, performing with smooth efficiency resulting in a very enjoyable 3 pass silky smooth shave with no errors to report...What more can i ask for.
Finishing the shave off with a generous splash of Brut ~ Sport Style A/S lotion.

Every now and then I do a shave with this lemony bath soap. It produces a remarkably rich lather uncommon to most other soaps meant for bathing. I could use this combo for all my shaves if I had to. Lathered by hand, no brush to worry about. Yeah, I’m a weirdo.....

Stirling Agar today. 20 seconds to load the RazoRock/Zenith Chubby Extra Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Schick Plus Platinum in the Gillette Red Tip Super Speed. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Stirling Agar aftershave.
Ok, the glue has dried, my knot is tight, and my King Shave Pele's Fissure 8 Eruption brush is ready. For its first use, I matched it with a cool Norwegian cream, Fjellheim, which to me smells like astringent juniper berries from the troll infested Norwegian fjord country.
The edge was provided by this Friodur Inox stainless straight, and the aftershave is Pitralon Polar.
So, Hawaiian brush (in spirit), German razor, Norwegian cream and an Austrian splash. It's a globalist's dream, SJW approved (although no SJW would use a straight razor due to the risk) shave combination.
Basically, three passes, a little blood due to the rubbery neck parts not quite recovering from the fresh Derby blade I used day before yesterday, but a decent Thursday shave. The scents on this shave were glorious, and I hope they last most of the day.

DFS, lather turned out well, the blade went well and I even plucked up the courage to go ATG on the bump prone area of my neck. This blade is confidence inspiring
