Smoothest Blade ?

Gillette Silver Blue has a nice blend of smoothness and sharpness but the Astra SP is not far behind.

I feel the same way about Gillette Silver Blue.
If somebody wanted something smoother,
I would recommend Shark Super Chrome.
If somebody wanted something sharper,
I would recommend Feather.
After that, I would recommend seeking opinions
on a public shaving forum.

In my Timeless 95 OC, so far nothing seems smoother than a Personna Red
In my Gillette Adjustables, a KAI reigns supreme, although a Rapira Platinum Lux isn't too far behind
In just about any other razor I have, it's the Rapira Platinum Lux, followed by a Nacet & Wilkinson Sword Classic

Everything has changed in my DE world since I've gone from SB to open comb with vintage Gillettes, Fatips and R41. I'll have to re-assess all my blades. So far Nacet is winning over 7 o'clock Yellows (less smooth), but I also had a nice smooth shave with a Rapira PL in my Old Type. Nacet is smooth for me because it seems to be the sharpest and it tugs the least. I have a stock of Personna Reds and Astra SP so they'll be coming up in the rotation together with GSB. Already out are Voskhod and Blue Diamond Titanium, and luckily they were just one-offs.
