Shaving Supplies near DFW airport

Greetings,

I am flying into Dallas this week and need to know the best place to get blades. My job is downtown, so somewhere in between would be ideal.

TIA,

The Galleria which is off the Dallas North Tollway has an Art Of Shaving. I don't care for the company much but they are a brick and mortar who offers blades, brushes, soaps, creams etc. Willow Bend mall futher north on The tollway has Texas largest Crabtree and Evelyn. They have a decent selection of high end soaps, creams and brushes. I don't think they sell blades though. If you are just desperate for blades you can stop by a local Sally beauty supply and pick up some cheap Personna's. Hope this helps some. Jeremy-

There's also an Art of Shaving at Northpark (75 and Northwest Highway) just north of downtown.

I assume you want DE blades . . .

Dollar General carries the approximate equivalent of Dorco ST301s; there are a number of them in the area. IMO, they are your best bet for a decent shave.

The closest Walmart (one kind of Wilkinson blade) is either at I-635 and Midway Road, or just east of Northwest Highway and Abrams Road (I don't know if there's one in Irving or closer to the airport). It's within a couple miles of Northpark Center, mentioned above, if you're looking to minimize travel. There's a Bed Bath and Beyond just north of there off of Central Expressway and Park Lane for the German Wilkinson blades (I never read if these two Wilkinson blades were the same or not).

Never tried the Personnas at Sally's. There are several locations in the area, though I don't know of any near downtown.

CVS and Walgreens carry DE blades, but the cost is high and the quality is not.

I though AoS only carried Merkur blades? They're kind of hit-and-miss with the folks on these forums (I happen to like them, but the cost is off-putting).
