Shaving store in Central Valley?

Hey guys, I was hoping someone could help me located a store in Fresno, CA that sells decent shaving supplies. Not Walgreens or CVS please, I've already made my way through those stores :scared: I know of a cigar shop fairly close by that sells AoS stuff, but it's just so darn expensive! I'm sure it's good, but I am rationing my funds for college. I don't know of any locally owned drug stores so I am pretty lost...Online is very impractical for me as getting a PayPal would be useless. Long story short, the town my college is located doesn't have the bank I am currently with. Opening a checking seems kind of redundant since I'll be switching in September. What should I do!?

I know where you can get everything but the razor itself.

Walmart and Target both sell VDH starter kits that are of good quality. Walmart has one for $10 that has a boar brush, ceramic cup and their 'deluxe' soap. Target has one for $20 that has a badger brush, holder for said brush, ceramic apothecary mug and their 'luxury' soap (which gets a lot of love on here). Blade wise you're basically stuck with Walmart wilkinsons or various store-rebranded Personnas(Target has those as well).
When it comes to a DE razor..well..that's trickier. I think either Sally Beauty Supply or some Bed Bath and Beyond sometimes have a chinese-made DE razor that's pretty decent from what I read on here. You might be able to find a plastic Wilkinson DE somewhere. Also there's the CO Bigelow shaving creams (rebranded proraso) at Bed Bath and Beyond.

EDIT: This is all assuming you aren't already DE shaving, of course.

Thank You. I already have an EJ89, C.O. Bigelow, Proraso and the VDH Boar Brush. However, I am thinking about getting a badger one soon....I'm just worried about the blades. I am hoping I can get the 100ct Astras that'll last me a few months to a year (I shave about once every 3-5 days). I wished I lived near a nice store like some of you guys!

100 Astras will last you a lot more than a few months. I shave every 2-3 days and I'm still on my first 10 pack of Crystal Platinum Chromes. About 3 shaves a blade..that's a week or so a blade. Almost 2 years worth of blades there.

EDIT: Another option would be to get a basic credit card. I've had one for YEARS (25 now) and it's what I use when ordering things on line. Didn't like the chance of having my debit card's number stolen, much harder to get the money back with one of those than it is with a CC. Don't buy more than you can afford and pay it off every month and you'll be golden.
