An update on the Shaverboy 3- piece brass and (stainless) zinc alloy razor. I compared the base plate and top plate of this razor to a few of my modern razors and they are all the same. The handle, like many of our modern DE razors, distinguishes the razor. Regardless , I really like the heft and look of the razor. I think it performs as well as any of my other moderns. I have even adapted to using the shorter thicker handle of this razor. It has a nice feel. I will likely use this razor often and because of the low price point it would make a good travel razor. I am not a big fan of the etched name on the top cap, but meh, I can live with that.

No, it doesnt say. Its distributed out of Quebec. The 3 piece is very nice. Solid. Not sure about the TTO.
