Is it waxy like Stirling or a soft creamy croap like Formula T.
Seaforth soaps. I like the look of the packaging so it must be pretty good.

The one Seaforth soap I have (Sea Spice Lime) is significantly harder than any Stirling soap I have.

So almost like a regular bar of soap? How's it lather?
If we assume Stirling is "stiff", I would call Seaforth "hard". I can't really be more specific than that.
Quite well in my experience. I've found Seaforth to be an excellent soap, overall.
In my humble opinion Seaforth is outstanding and Doug is a pleasure to do business with 
SSL is an incredible soap and I would say it’s %13 harder than MiTA and still not a really hard soap. Funny, YMMV for even how dense a soap is lol.

I have the Spice and love the scent
performance wise its up there with other top artisan which IMHO are all good its just more a preference and what works with ones water and what we like etc..

Seaforth is absolutely top notch. It's a hot process soap, but it's not soft.
Similar to Noble Otter and Barrister & Mann.
