A very aromatic scent from the soap lather. I would say a fresh cigar scent. The performance was just ok.
Another great, satisfying, silky smooth, and comfortable 3pass shave without any issues for a BBS result. The AC head & BarberPole handle seems to be a perfect match!! The blade is still good and efficient. Rating 10/10!! Really wow!!

1912 GEM Junior w/Baton handle / GEM PTFE (7) / AoS Sandalwood pre shave-soap-balm — I used to think the Bakelite Baton Handles looked comical, but after using one for the first time, it has nice balance and it’s easy to hold, and like any 1912 shave, I got a nice CCC shave with no weepers. I really like the AoS Sandalwood scent for the pre-shave, soap and balm, but the balm seems to leave my skin feeling sticky afterward versus other after shaves and Nivea balm. I don't know if AoS has an A/S, but considering what I paid for the products I have versus their performance, I doubt I will replace them, there are better products at better prices available.
