Razor: Star Bar #4 Lather catcher-Mfg 1920 by the Kampfee Brothers, one of the last models of lather catchers to leave their factory, Star was famous world wide for their lather catchers & earliest safety razors mfg in N.America.
Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE (5) Excellent blade.
Soap: Razorock The Dead Sea - like the scent alot and it has great lather qualities.
Brush: Razorock Noir 400 Plissoft black whiskers- Great brush, reminds me of my boar brush with soft tips.
Pre shave: Brush wash my whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups.
Post shave: Razorock The dead Sea aftershave with witch hazel + a small dollop of Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= excellent shave with my Star bar #4 model L.Catcher !

This was a Labor Day 1950s style shave. The Gem Push-Button has classic 1950s styling that is really eye catching. William's Mug Soap and Aqua Velva fit the period as well. An ordinary Joe's shave on Labor Day!

I need to get a better phone for pics. Today was my first ever injector shave. I have had this Pal and a couple schick's for awhile. Just got to this one. Pal, schick from Amazon. Tabac, omega 1049 I think. It's a lather hog lately, starting to prefer my yaqi synthetics.

Tonight's shave on 2+ days' growth. Mostly BBS after WTG/XTG/ATG passes, except for under the lower lip and on the upper lip, where I could feel a little bit of stubble 30 minutes after the shave. No nicks, cuts, or irritation - just a great shave with the G-Bar tonight.

Razor: Oneblade Core Version 2- Mfg 2018> Excellent daily driver- the only razor I can apply pressure to & not cut myself. The core is a 3 pass shave to get a great shave IMO.
Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE modified(1) excellent blade, very sharp, good longevity, predictable,smooths out nicely.
Soap: Gillette Pure shave cream- mild scent with good lather qualities.
Brush: Razorock Plissoft 24 mm synthetic-Very enjoyable brush I have used for years with soft tips,creates good lather.
Pre Shave: Brush wash my whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on beard area..
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 3 + pick ups.
Post shave: Razorock American barber with witch Hazel + Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no weepers + no irritation = Excellent shave with my Oneblade Core.

This was kind of a British shave this morning. This razor shaves and sounds incredibly like an injector razor. Blades are scarce, but I have a small supply. Two thumbs up !

Excellent two pass almost BBS shave. No nicks, weepers or cuts. Very surprised as last time I shaved with J2 was not comfortable and ridden with weepers. Guess it's beneficial to try razors more than once for a good opinion.
