Schick type O?

Thanks folks. The reason I asked is that I was following it on eBay UK - I couldn't link while it was active.

I went as high as £63, but was beaten with a £65 bid - it would be nice if it went to someone here.

As a matter of fact it did.

My snipe was £155.55, so don't have any regrets that you missed it by a margin.

I did spot your thread yesterday while looking for "O-type" pictures in B&B, not really desirable it could have attracted unwanted attention but at the end it did not matter much I suppose.

I live and work in South Korea, once every couple of months I go to Japan (2-4 days business trips) and can tell you these are quite hard to come by. Not a secret of course, Schick fans know this well. There may naturally be a small store somewhere in Okayama or I don't know where else with a few of those NOS in stock but who has time for that when traveling for business.

Cool - it's a consolation that it went to a B&Ber, and I'm pleased you got it for a lot less than your maximum bid

I know what you mean about posting the photo, and I was in two minds. But I did need to know if it was genuine, as I know there were some clones around, and I had no idea how similar the clones looked - and I made a point of not saying why I was asking.

Thats the real deal. That is how they were packaged for the mail order market. You are in for a real treat.
