Today, I did a SxS test between this blade from Sally's and a once used Personna Lab Blue. I am here to say that one from Sally's beat the other by a stretch. Far smoother. If these are the same blades then Bob's your uncle. I doubt the latter blade being used once before affected the test as I had used it just a few days prior and it shaved the same then. The former shaved more like an Israeli Red. YMMV.
Edit: after thinking about this it hit me that the newer Personna Lab Blue boxes have "25% more sharper" on the box. I think that this is what the Sally's blades are and that my Personna Lab Blue is the older version.
