S.K. Colling Straight Razor (AKA Prosperine Razor Co.) Review

Got my custom Colling razor in today.
Custom 7/8
Suminagashi 22 layer steel
Hollow ground
Buffalo Horn Scales

Although it’s sold as a 7/8 it looks much larger than the 7/8 razor next to it.

I follow his Facebook page and seen a few pics of razors with this steel. Had to get one

My razor arrived 2 days ago. Synthetic edge, bevel appeared properly set, no chips or any distractions.
Touched it up on a Jnat with slurry and the steel liked it. Shave will be next.
Overall pretty happy so far.

Some grind marks were left behind. Not the same flawlessness we are used to from Riga razors.
