Who do you recommend for razor replating? I have tried to contact two services and haven't received a responce from either one.

Krona Kruiser on this forum and Dave also on this forum and at restoredrazors.com are two the of very best imho.
Depends on the finish you are looking for. Krona Kruiser does nickel and has a fine rep. Dave at Restored Razors does nickel, chrome, black chrome, silver, gold, rhodium and rose gold I believe. Above the Tie is now doing plating in nickel, gold, rhodium and maybe silver. All the above are great resources.
Dave is great! I've got one of his works, a SS'40s replated which looks gorgeous.
Dave at www.restoredrazors.com has done a few of my razors with best possible results. He does all kinds of replates, even stainless steel.

Stan now offers more than just rhodium replating, although he's only ever done rhodium for me.... he does great work just like Dave and Sam (Krona Kruiser). Stan had a little longer wait time, but he was very up front about that so I knew I would be waiting 6 to 8 weeks..... compared to about 3 to 4 weeks from Sam and Dave.
I'm sure there are other great replaters out there, but these are the ones that I've dealt directly with.

I've had a razor replated at Above the Tie and couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service and the finish was amazing...it's been my daily shaver since recieving it.
Krona also does chrome.
My understanding - RestoredRazors (onotoman), Krona Kruiser on this board, and Reliable Electroplating all do an excellent job frm what I have read. RestoredRazors has 2 of mine currently as he does rose gold. Above The Tie has a good reputation but I haven't seen as much feedback on replates (but they seem high quality and trustworthy in other areas).

I've had a couple of razors replated by Dave at Restored Razors, he does good work. 
I'd suggest that you take reliable electroplating off the list. I sent one in and was told to expect 4-6 weeks. That was mid-July and I am still waiting. I was told to expect a call at the end of the week for billing info starting 5 weeks ago, and still haven't had a call back. BTW, it is currently 11 weeks since I've seen my birth quarter slim.
Ouch! Sorry to hear that - may you get your razor back with excellent plating soon and at the agreed upon rate or better.
Waiting on a call back today. I'm not holding my breath. I'll probably have to call again tomorrow. I was told it was plated and in inspection 5 weeks ago. I suspect there may have been a problem, but I haven't received a straight answer yet. They would have received several more after this one, but Krona Kruiser is going to get my future work. He's quick, communicates well, and provides a good final product. I tried RE out for their rhodium, but nickel is just fine.
