Redbreast is GOOD

I am a long time bourbon sipper. Have been looking at expanding the line lately. Bought a bottle of Redbreast 12 Irish yesterday. Nice!

Sunscreen will help with that.

I have yet to try this one. Next time I see it in a bar, I will have to give it a shot.

Good Irish whiskey is very good indeed. Redbreast and GreenSpot were two of my favourites for many years.

As are Powers Gold Label and Tullamore Dew. Irish Whiskey is as good as whiskey gets, as far as I am concerned.

When comparing run of the mill Irish Whiskey, I much prefer Bushmills to Tullamore Dew, but to each their own. While expanding your tastes, if you can stomach the cost of course, try an Islay or Peated Scotch Whiskey. It's amazing how much flavor the Scots can imbue!

That reminds me: I have a bottle of 15yo Redbreast in the stash cupboard.

I'll second the Powers' mention - good stuff, far more interesting than than the usual Irish whisky suspects (Jamieson's and Bushmill's)
