RazoRock vs Maggard vs Stirling Shave Soaps????

Usually some of their $9/10 dollar soaps can be had for around $5. I may load up this year. I picked up Caribbean Holiday last year for that pice and I love it.
I picked up a P160 for around $5.99 during a sale last year and loaded up on a few more of the soft Italian soaps including Classic, XXX and Mudder Focker earlier this year during a sale for between $3.99 and $5.99. All well worth it. P160 shaves the same as Classic in spite of a trace amount of tallow (otherwise same base). Same for XXX though it's well worth the extra $2 thanks to its scent. Mudder Focker was the only one that differentiated itself to the better thanks to a different base.

Out of those three....Stirling, without hesitation.
I've tried 3 out of the 4 Stirling bases; they all performed significantly better for me than Maggards London Barbershop and the only three RR soaps I've tried (red puck, gold stick and New York). Stirling also had the most prompt and personal customer service. That said, I'm sure the average shaver could get serviceable shaves out of any of these soaps.

Maggards London Barbershop smells fantastic though. It smells virtually identical to Zingari Man Wanderer and Mike's Natural Barbershop. Therefore holding a three way tie for my favorite barbershop scent, performance aside. Speaking of Mike's Natural soaps...if you're willing to accept recommendations beyond these three, that's definitely one I would suggest beyond any of these 3.

Then RR WTP sets, in my opinion, while not in the same performance league as Stirling or Mike's, don't get enough credit from the value crowd whereas Arko gets too much...if that sort of thing is important to you.

TL;DR Stirling...also try Mike's Naturals

… been looking at Stirling/Maggard/Razorock soaps.

Please let me know your thoughts/experiences with the fine vendor soaps.
I have not tried Razorock, but I have tried about a dozen Stirling and all six Maggard soaps (via samples). I find the Stirling Mutton tallow soaps their best. Maggards, once I dialed in how to lather, is great. Maggards London Barbershop is fantastic scent, I have their EDT and non-alcoholic toner. Their Lime, Tobacco, and Mango are wonderful non-polarizing scents. Lilac was a bit too sweet and feminine for me, and their Orange Menthol did not seem to have menthol or enoug orange. But the lather excellent and whips up quickly.

So I can wholeheartedly recommend Maggard and Stirling. Also a big fan of Chiseled Face, A&E, and MDC
