Today I mixed up a batch of TOBS Shaving Shop, the lather looked and felt normal but provide no lubrication. I have been using SS for almost two months exclusively and this has never happed. Today I accidentally started with a way to dry brush and it took a lot of water and working to get right. Can overworking a cream cause this to happen? BTW I have been wet shaving for more that 5 year and this has never happed.
