I am wondering what i can expect to pay for an american made bulldog. i really want a bulldog and have been told the american can be found for cheaper

plain ol' razor, not in kit - the last few on BST were in the $100 range, as I recall. (I missed a bunch of 'em!)
In kit, depending on condition, etc etc etc etc... I s'pose the sky's the limit.

The most recent one on eBay went for a decent price.
If I recall, a member here snagged that... a bargain, in my estimation - that must have cleaned up beautifully!
I think the price on them just went up by 20%

This Canadian went for $400:
Paid I think $81 for mine on eBay. A couple of bent teeth (nothing real bad) and it was incorrectly listed as a Big Fellow (no case).
Saw a Khaki set (beat up) go for under $125 on the 'Bay a couple of months ago and kicked myself over and over for not bidding (was sure it would top $200 and it should have).

Well I overpaid to get my cased one off the Bay for $180, but I was in a similar boat and determined to have one. However, it did force me to cool my RAD jets for the past few months. But hey, now I have one!
I was lucky and got one in a lot for $60. It was coal black with tarnish, but polished up nice and shiny, and as an added bonus, there was also a Barbasol in the lot. Later, I was able to pick up a fantastic-looking and complete Military Set that had the wrong razor in it for $50. Sometimes it just works out better to put sets together piecemeal.
