I could see this being used for a quick weekend backpacking trip or the like, or if you had limited space for a "proper" DOPP kit!! Might try this weekend for a trip!!!

Good idea, I have something like that, with a brush holder from WCS as the container. I use a 1/2 sample chip from Mike's Natural to face lather with.

Looks familiar! I set up this kit and have been using it for travel. I keep a shave stick in my travel kit but everything else fits in the pill bottle. The kit contains: Omega 50014 travel boar brush, 1940's fat-handle Gillette Tech, blades. I've been think that a soap sample would fit in there nicely.
This was my (week or so away) travel kit (sold the wee scot and futur but I still use the small zippered bag). When traveling this light I uses Vodka as my after shave (works well for other uses too)
