I came across a bottle of Castle Forbes Pre-Shave on classicshaving.com but at $40 bottles a bottle I was hoping to get some feedback from those who have tried the product prior to placing the order.

Well, I have been using this for a few months now, and have done head to head comparison with using nothing at all, and I do find that I get a slightly better shave when I use it. It is not the difference between hobo whiskers and BBS, but it seems to work for me....YMMV. A little goes a long way, but that said, when this bottle runs out, I don't think I will get another.
