I couldn't find a multi-razor holder from the online vendors and can't build things so I thought about converting a smoking pipe holder. The experiment was a success.
This is what I found:
The pillars are not crooked as they appear on my iPhone camera, and the picture really doesn't do this genuine oak rack justice, but it has a place for 10 pipes.....I mean, razors. I have my straights in front and DE razors in back.
You have to be careful to make sure your razors fit in the holes at the top, because some are too narrow. Measure the widest part of your fattest straight razor and ask the seller how wide the holes are to make sure they fit. The holes are just under an inch wide, and the red straight razor barely clears it. The indentions at the bottom that holds the pipe in place also holds the straight razor in place.
I e-mailed a picture to the person who sold this rack to me and she was amazed.
Just thought I'd pass this along in case others were in need of something like this.
