Interesting, if I learned anything from that video it must mean your Baratza grind particles are not as round or you also grind soap in your Zassenhaus, but that effect is puzzling.I always wondered why the rings from coffee ground in my Zassenhaus hand grinder were perfectly round while the rings from coffee ground in the Baratza were ellipsoids.
I'm still wondering.
