Penhaligon cream scents

Which scents were made? In jar or tube.

So far, I have gathered the following:

• Blenheim Bouquet (jar and tube)
• Bayolela (jar and tube)
• Endymion (tube only?)
• Hamman (jar only?)
• English Fern (jar only?)
• Douro (tube only?)

What else am I missing?

I haven’t been able to find Endymion or Sartorial for some time. They had matching balms too that are hard to find.
