Pears soap reformulation

It is high time to stock up on old formulation Pears soap because it appears it has been reformulated:

Sounds like you might be too late to stock up as it changed in 2009.

I was always a fan of Pears but it just didn't seem to be working for me these days and I thought that my tastes must have changed.

Reformulation happened long ago. Old stock bars have not been available for quite some time.

Yes, it's been reformulated, but I'm not sure I feel too strongly about it. The scent is a lot more intense (and maybe even offensive) to some, but it's still not bad, IMO. It still works well, is inexpensive and lasts longer than most other glycerin soaps.

I can't speak for how gentle it is for those with very sensitive skin, though.

Luckily I have around 40 of the old bars, some NOS from the UK and not the Indian version.
