Didn't work for me for the regular Pearl Flexi either.
The Chinese send their watches with empty warantee cards as well. If you need assitance or a replacement, try your seller.

Unless specified, you don't need to register a product in order to get warranty service. In the event that you need service, the purchase receipt should be enough.
