Pasteur Pharmacy

I'm here in NY from Australia on holiday with my family.

Travelled down to 34th St today to have a look at what all the noise is about down at the Pasteur Pharmacy.

Well I can tell you the place is going off.

I met the owner Steve who showed me around the shaving section & I loaded up with lots of goodies, the ultimate being a stick of Sir Irisch Moos, not to mention the Pinaud original, Erasmic et al.

Nothing like this in Australia anymore & maybe there never was.

Thanks for your time Steve it was great to meet you & see the most extensive range of shaving gear in the world.

I was there yesterday too! Awesome place. Seems like a lot of B&Bers visiting lately. That's awesome.

Funny thing is, with all the talk about B&Bears visiting Pasteurs, I'm always the only one in the shave aisle when I'm there.

It sounds like you were a terror in Pasteur's. (Get it, terror, terrier, Jack Russell...?). I have real problems not going there since my apartment is a 10 minute walk from there. It is probably the best perk of living in Manhattan.
