ORD - Montblanc Store

This past weekend I was passing through the Chicago O'hare Airport and stopped by the Montblanc store. I picked up a couple of fine liner refills for my Generation pen...same price as on-line...and the clerk even threw in a free rollerball refill.

All-in-all a much better experience than I was expecting.

I agree with you...the Montblanc stores I've yondered in have been works of wonder. Customer service is always above the best, always a pen for everyone and I too manage to pick-up a few refils for my 75th Anniversary Limited Edition "Mozart" ball point pen and "Starwalker" Rollerball pen.

I do mail order for inks with the San Antonio store, and have always had stellar service.

I love visiting MB. They've always been nice to me, even though I tell them from the start I can't afford a single thing in there. I almost pee'd myself once when a lady opened a drawerful of pens.
