So how about it. I know quite a few guys on here have said that their boar brushes "break in" over time, and ultimately end up softer than a silvertip badger brush. I myself used my Tweezerman for about 6 months before I PIFed it, and I found that it certainly got softer as time went on.

I'm wondering if Based upon personal experience you have found 1 or more of the following survey statements to be true. Keep in mind this is a 10 option poll, and you are not constrained to picking just one option, in fact you need to pick at least two in most cases

For example - boar
vote 1 - select whether you feel broken in boar is softer than high grade badger, or Vote 2 - broken in boar is just softer than new boar
vote 2 - select whether you feel lathering performance has been improved/untouched/degraded there are check boxes for boar lathering performance as well as check boxes for badger lathering performance because if you've broken in one of each, I'd like to know how it went for both of them

badger
vote 1 - select whether you feel broken in badger is softer than high grade badger, or if it is softer but still not as soft as high grade badger
vote 2 - select whether you feel lathering performance is improved/identical/degraded for badger

The last options:
check one, or none -
badger is the softest while maintaining lathering ability

I want the most data possible here so ask questions before voting if I made it confusing. I'm trying to decide if I should re knot a brush with boar or badger. It's important!
