I've been shaving with a schick type d injector razor and was wondering how I would open up the razor head assembly to clean it. I've heard they open. Are there any instructions available?

Good question. I have researched this myself and understand the hydro magic version, but a standard model is hard to find any info on. People talk like they are easy to open up but for the life of me I couldn't figure it out. Picture tutorial anyone?

It basically just opens up like a pair of scissors and the blade holder falls open for cleaning.

Just be gentle with that Type D. They are very rare and worth a lot of money as a collectable.
