Has anyone ever seen an "open comb" straight? I dont know if thats even the right term for this monster, but its a bit much for me. Does anyone have an explanation/idea of what the teeth are for?

They can keep that patent as far as I'm concerned.
I'm not sure, but that thing doesn't look like its ment for regular shaving.
Perhaps a hairstyling razor? I've seen straights with combs or guards referred to as that. Not sure how they work.
I've seen that one off ebay yes... I think someone tried to do an experiment with it...
I would presume it is more for a hair dresser than shaving. I know they have scissors that have those teeth and it is for to take out the volume in hair.
