So for less than an hours work at minimum wage, I ended up with a what I hope to be a nice score. One is a fat handled tech- already have one, not all that interested. One is a Durham Duplex- that should prove interesting. I need to pick up some carpet blades. The third is what I was interested in: A Soluna, made in Czechoslovakia. I can't really find much about it. Anyone know anything?

If it is the one I am thinking of, it is a 3-piece with a silver colored handle and top, with gold bands on the handle. Have one, if that is what it is. Very light weight and shaves about like a tech. Not sure what the material is,, probably aluminum which has been anodized.

In the seller's picture looks it like the top piece is silver while the handle and bottom plate are gold. Maybe the finish has come off the top piece.

How did you like the Soluna? was it like a Tech, or more aggressive?

Honestly it has been so long since I've used it I don't remember. I seem to remember not liking it very much.
