Old Spice Sensitive?

I was in a thrift store yesterday and they had a full glass bottle of Vintage Old Spice Sensitive behind the counter. I'm guessing this is 90's vintage, but I don't know if it was Shulton or P&G. Anyway it smelled great and it's $2, but I passed. I'm thinking about going back by for it.

Can anyone tell me if OS Sensitive is any good as an aftershave? What does it use in place of alcohol? Will the scent last as long? I like alcohol splashes, but I'm not familiar with the sensitive splash.
Thanks!

That's the same way I found mine, and for the same price I think. There's zero burn with that stuff; goes on really nice. Soothing w/o menthol. Scent, as far as I could tell, lasted at least as long as most other a/s...maybe even longer, due to the thicker nature of the stuff (you'll see when you dump some out in your hand, if you didn't already...it's not a straight liquid). I prefer the fragrance to regular O.S. but then I prefer most things to regular O.S. I'm less of a man for that, I know, I know.

Go get it; if you don't like it, I'll buy it.

PS Once it begins to dry it does start to resemble O.S. more than out of the bottle. Still isn't exact, though.

Mine is from P&G in a 150 ml glass bottle and is made in Germany. I really like this stuff, but I didn't smell the original Shulton or the the version with more alcohol content.

Thanks for the replies. Unfortunately, he who hesitates loses and the OS was not to be seen the next day. For $2, I should have just taken a chance. I'll keep my eyes open from now on however for other classic aftershaves at the thrift. I did find a really nice stoneware bowl for lathering for only $1!
